Sophie Johnson has a wealth of extensive business & project management experience within the Public and Private Sector, delivering quality services within auditable resources.

Director in Renewable Energy Development, currently working on developing projects across west and central Africa. She is fully committed to providing renewable energy solutions through national and International partnerships collaboration.

The first President of the Republic of Sierra Leone’s Renewable Energy Association and the lead on all Government policy initiatives on behalf of the Association.  Sophie works with stakeholders providing advice on business and commercial activities within the sector, lobbying and advocating for the members rights.

She is an active board member on several professional Health, Children and Social Care Boards within Sierra Leone, playing an active part in the welfare of the girl child.

Foday is an Electric Systems Engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in IT/ Telecommunications and the energy sector across Africa and Europe. He is currently the Executive Director at the FLS Group Sl Ltd. The FLS Group is an engineering company with a requisite skill set in Solar PV Technology in particular and renewable energy in general.

Wordsworth is a system analyst with over 17 years experience as an entrepreneur. He holds a B.Sc in Data Processing and is currently the Managing director of Bboxx SL Ltd.

Alie has over 13 years of experience in the solar energy industry and 8 years in peace- keeping operations with the UN.  He is currently the CEO of Supreme Ventures Inc and a business professional. Supreme Ventures Inc was established in 2007 and is a reliable provider of solar energy solutions and products.

Dilip Narwani

Dilip was born in Jaipur, India into a business family. He studied in Freetown and completed his primary education from St Edwards and his Secondary from Albert Academy. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and joined the family business Insons. Insons, established in 1993, imports and distributes electrical, electronics and home appliances. It launched the first online shop in Sierra Leone under www.insons.net and is the sole agent of Luminous Solar products in the country. In 2014, he became a citizen of Sierra Leone.
